For all afghans entry visa is free of charge.
The Afghans who are born in Afghanistan need no entry visa. Place of birth should be mentioned accordingly in the passport.
The Afghans who are born outside of Afghanistan and are less than 18 years old need no entry visa.
The Afghans who are born outside of Afghanistan and are to more than 18 years old need an entry visa. For details please read the contribution about application for entrancy visa for foreign citizens.

Fees
Please notice that the visa fees are raised for the cover of the administrative costs and are not refundable. For every staying month in Afghanistan a visa fee of 30 EUR will be charged.All foreigners are generally liable to visa for stays in Afghanistan.
Please notice that at the moment the embassy of Afghanistan issues only single entry visa for a maximum period of three months.
If your visa is applied by a third person or is picked up by a third person, a written authorization is needed.
Application procedure
The visa application must be submitted either personally by applicant or via post with all necessary documents.
For a fast processing of visa application travellers are request to inform themselves about required papers.
Travellers receive the visa application free of charge. Alternatively the visa application linked below can be submitted as well.
General Requirements
1. One visa application form.
2. Tow passport-sized photo (attached to application form).
3. Letter of referral (cash and referral orders are not accepted)
4. Your passport and a copy of your passport.
If the documents are sent by post, please do not forget
- an enough franked return envelope for a registered letter or 5 EUR and
- your current address
